JRTI’s Innovation and Implementation Program is a strategic initiative focused on supporting the Jefferson, Berkley, and Morgan School Districts by enhancing educational opportunities and outcomes. The program operates through partnerships with regional and national foundations aligned with the districts’ specific needs, increasing the likelihood of securing funding directed towards relevant areas. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, the program engages experts in education, research, and policy to develop innovative ideas and strategies that address the districts’ unique challenges. Project Implementation is a crucial aspect where ORTI works closely with the districts to execute identified initiatives, managing resources and timelines to improve educational outcomes.
